This week, no meeting was held. Although there were several tasks that needed to be completed this week including risk assessment drafts but there was also tech rehearsals going on this week too, that involved a majority of the cast and crew.
Additional Actions:
I shortlisted on three/four sound libraries sites which require purchasing from the production budget and to put forward to the producer. I shortlisted in relation to my previous research as well as some new research. My shortlist includes:
Filmstro ($99 PY-unlimited downloads)
Soundstripe ($20.50 PM-unlimited downloads)
Pond 5 ( £165 PM-maximum of 10 downloads)
Premiumbeat ($49-unlimited downloads)
The best option I think was 'soundstripe' out of these in particular due to its low cost, access to both music and SFX, as well as having a great variety of audio to choose from.
An image of the sound library soundstripe is below:

Key Notes from the Meeting:
N/A-There was no meeting this week although, tech rehearsals have been conducted and are nearly complete.
General Assignments:
None have been set so far for next week but I imagine tech rehearsals will continue for most of the production team and I will be awaiting for the producer to give me the go ahead, to purchase the resources I need for the edit. Nevertheless, a recap of the assignments due in this week can be seen below:

My Assignments:
To create a shared social media page for our production which I have not been able to due to technical issues however Jacob has successfully managed to launch it for all of the crew to access.
To ask the producer to ask our tutor about the purchasing of resources required for the edit. Our producer is currently filling an expenses form but I am still awaiting feedback.
I have nearly completed a risk assessment for the contributor Yoanna but I am still awaiting some last details to come through before completion.
A sample image is below of the risk assessment that I have nearly completed (due to data protection I can only share a restricted sample):
