This week to summarise I have managed to view the european auditions, look at some more archive libraries we could derive clips from and I am refreshing myself with a colour grading course on LinkedIn.

Additional Actions:

I have created a document including a table breaking down potential archive sources. I analysed the sites relevance, content, pricing and some additional notes about them. Below is an example of the table I made this week (the full document can be found on our group 'Basecamp':

I did actually forgot that I noted down some archive sources weeks ago on paper but never got round to creating a document although I am proud that I now have. Below is some of the notes I made in early phases of analysing archive sources:

Key Notes from the Meeting:

  • All auditions had been completed

  • A final shortlist and decision was made for character roles

  • Lighting plans were viewed and given feedback

  • Colour grading was mentioned to think about when adjusting the lighting/ scenes in post

General Assignments:

My Assignments:

  • To create blog posts

  • To learn and refresh my colour correction knowledge on DaVinci Resolve

Below is some images of the LinkedIn course on colour correction for DaVinci Resolve and some notes I made based on the training:
