This week has been a rather busy one but production has been completed. We have now entered the post-production phase and I have already progressed editing a big section of 'Episode 1' however there have been issues along the way with archive in particular. We were unable to purchase the archive source we wanted due to yearly subscription only and many sources were the same which narrowed our options drastically. Although, we managed to find one that saved us!

Additional Actions:

The risk assessment I was asked to complete has been completed and approved. This can be seen in the image below:

For our archive library we wanted to predominately purchase both 'Storyblocks' and 'Artgrid'. Storyblocks I manage to purchase over Easter (£65 PM) however we discovered that Artgrid was only a yearly costly subscription of roughly ($299) which was way out of our tight budget of £350. With the archive shots list that corresponded to content on Artgrid (predominately) that I made before Easter now had to be done all over again.

So this week I went through all the shots again with the director, paired them with content found mainly on Storyblocks which I had just bought but also I researched some other archive sources such as 'Filmhero' and 'Clipstock'. Both these archive sources were pay per month subscriptions but didn't have much content on them. I was lucky to find Storyblocks because after heavy research, I don't think there was any other archive library site that you could pay per month, was within budget and had substantial content.

Below is some images of updated archive lists and an organised folder for archive on Storyblocks I created:
